MONOGRAMMING: Please include the initial you wish to be monogramed in the “ORDER NOTES” section during checkout. Monogrammed items cannot be returned unless faulty.
BESPOKE EMBROIDERY COLOUR: If you would like a thread colour not listed in the options, please select custom colour and we will be in touch once we receive your order. We have over 200 thread colours to choose from and are able to Pantone colour match.
All monogrammed items are made-to-order and are dispatched within 14 days of the order date.
